A partnership between Upnorth Experience & Hearts of PG has resulted in a $700 donation to the PG Council of Seniors! 5 dollars from the sale of each handmade tree ornament was donated to help seniors with hampers, meals and more. 

This local fast food chain hosted Whoppers for Seniors December 11-13th. A dollar from every Whopper sold was donated to the Simon Fraser Lodge to purchase Christmas gifts for the residents!

This new business raised more than $1700 to support the local Legion branch! Customers were able to craft their own poppies with 75% of the proceeds from the project going to the Royal Canadian Legion.

These great local businesses raised more than $6500 to ensure the local Legion branch could purchase two new coolers for its kitchen. They presented the cheque to members of the Legion on November 9th.

A handful of local businesses jumped on board to bring the first annual Candy Cruise to life! Shout out to all of those who helped to make this event possible. More than 22 thousand people participated in this year’s event.

Island Cache Stone Company helped out a local non-profit by donating a truckload of mulch to refresh the appearance of the Central BC Railway and Forestry museum!

Betulla Burning and CrossRoads Brewing & Distillery were BOTH named the winners of this year’s Big Squeeze competition! Together, the restaurants raised more than $1500 for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northern BC!

This generous local business donated truckloads of food items to Guru Nanak Free Food Langar on Victoria Street to help feed those in need of a warm meal! Way to go!
