Aesthete Fine Arts is a new commercial art gallery located in the heart of downtown Prince George that has been established to serve art collectors who live in the city as well as to give local artists a place to showcase and sell their artwork.

Mr Mikes Steakhouse Casual

This great local restaurant is also doing its part to raise money for Indigenous non-profits by donating a dollar from every sale of its house beer to the Indian Residential School Survivors Society all month long.

I Heart Tattoos

On July 1st, this tattoo shop opted to host a fundraiser. The proceeds from each tattoo were donated to “Find Our Lost Children,” a Go-Fund Me started by a survivor of the Kuper Island Residential School and the Native Women’s Association of Canada.

The Pepper Tree Hair Studio

This great local hair salon designed orange shirts to honour those affected by the residential school system in Canada. Proceeds from the sale of each t-shirt are donated to the Orange Shirt Society.

Prince George Public Library

During the heatwave in June, the Prince George Public Library opened its doors to anyone looking to cool off. Staff also provided bottled water for those needing to stay hydrated.
